HOW WE WORK

Enjoy browsing through our products and identify those items that you like to add to your virtual shopping cart. View your cart and proceed to checkout.

Your credit card will only be requested after you have completed the required detail fields on our checkout page, and order is placed. You will then receive an order confirmation immediately which will serve as your pro-forma invoice. You will be notified of your order through our internal systems and you can then proceed to pay secure and safely via EFT.

Your order will then be shipped as soon as your EFT reflects in our account. A formal invoice will be packed in your delivery. Please allow 24 hours after payment has been made, for us to pack your order and dispatch. Please note that we use third party couriers, as such they are unable to deliver at specific times, or make phone calls prior to delivery.

RESELLERS

We provide an easy ordering process for all Resellers! All Customers wishing to purchase at a discounted price must be registered on the website. 

Register an account with your own username and password on the website. We will contact you shortly after and your account will then be upgraded to reseller status whereby you will log in to your account at any time and enjoy the discounted prices.

PAYMENT

All payments will be done via EFT. We request that you pay according to your order confirmation (proforma invoice). We don’t accept credit card payments through our on-line store.
